Dr. Vaughan's practice is focused on the delivery of evidence-based, targeted intervention to stressed-out, high-performing, anxiety-ridden individuals (you know who you are!) who are sick of their insomnia and who are ready to re-experience the quality of life they once enjoyed.
Dr. Vaughan's love of "sleep work" began during her fellowship year at Children's Medical Center Dallas/UT Southwestern School of Medicine, after she attended a grand rounds presentation by a notable sleep psychologist. This sparked a love of behavioral sleep medicine that eventually led to her becoming board certified through the American Board of Sleep Medicine in 2014.
In addition to her work with adult sleep and anxiety disorders, Dr. Vaughan draws from her background in pediatric health psychology to help assess and treat children with sleep issues, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. To learn more about pediatric services, click here.
